GAASA invited by Senior Citizens Forum of Alwal for their meeting
GAASA represented by Dr G V Rao was invited to address the members of the Senior Citizens Forum meeting at FB Nagar Colony on 7th March 2012 at 4:30 pm. Dr Rao spoke with the Forum members about the significance of sharing and unity in getting problems solved by process of dialogue and representation. Further Dr Rao also emphasized on self help for getting Civic Problems solved without the involvement of Corporators and Ward members. Dr Rao further stressed on the Forum members to become more proactive and join common cause problems and not confine to the precincts of the colonies alone. At the suggestion of Dr Rao, a resolution was adopted immediately by the Forum members to call upon the Dy Commr Alwal GHMC to get the FB Nagar Colony park opened and allow senior citizens to use it for walking and meeting purposes. Dr Rao on behalf of GAASA promised to help solve the matter by taking it up with GHMC. (see photos of the meeting under the link 'Photos' in more......)
